Caribbica Soul – Policies & Terms

By signing this agreement, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Outside Food/Drinks Outside food or beverages/alcohol are not permitted, except for professionally prepared cakes.

2. All Payments & Services Are Non-Refundable All deposits, rental fees, catering, and any additional services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Host Responsible for Guests Renter is responsible for the behavior and safety of all guests. Non-cooperative or disruptive guests may be removed at the discretion of Caribbica Soul staff or security.

4. Decorations & Setup All decorations must be pre-approved. No nails, staples, glitter, confetti, sparklers, or permanent fixtures are allowed. All decorations and personal property must be removed at the end of the event.

5. Cleanup Renter is responsible for removing all personal items and trash. A $200+ cleanup fee will be charged to the card on file if the venue is left dirty or requires excessive cleaning.

6. Security If required, Renter is responsible for providing qualified security personnel. Security is recommended for events with 50+ guests or special events.

7. Damages Renter is financially responsible for all damages to the venue, furniture, equipment, or fixtures during the rental period. Charges will be applied to the card on file.

8. Event Hours & Overtime Standard event hours requested. Overtime is billed at $150+ per hour if the space is not vacated by the agreed-upon end time.

9. Revocation Right Caribbica Soul reserves the right to stop or shut down the event at any time if policies are violated, illegal activity occurs, or guest behavior poses a safety risk.

10. Liability Waiver Caribbica Soul is not responsible for injury, theft, property damage, or loss during your event. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Caribbica Soul, its owners, and staff.

11. Noise & Compliance Renter must comply with local noise ordinances and maintain approved sound levels. Complaints or violations may result in the event termination.

12. Children & Minors Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

13. Prohibited Activities Smoking indoors, illegal substances, weapons, pyrotechnics, open flames, or any unsafe activity are strictly prohibited.
